What is the Print Gateway?

The Print Gateway is a Windows program that can be run as a normal program or as a service without a GUI, and which handles communication between Graystack:One and label printers in the local network.

We currently support printers from Zebra, TSC, and Brother.

We have tested the following printers and label sizes:

Brother continuous labels are not supported

It is possible that other printer manufacturers that are compatible with ZPL or Brother raster commands can be used. However, no support is provided for this.

The Print Gateway is only available in English.
