The login area of Graystack:One offers several ways to sign in. You can sign in using your email credentials or via Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft or Google.

Sign-in Options

Email and Password

The standard sign-in method uses your email address and password:

  • Enter your email address in the first input field

  • Enter your password in the second input field

  • Optional: Enable the “Stay signed in” checkbox to keep your session active for a longer period

  • Click the “Sign in” button

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Graystack:One supports sign-in via external identity providers:

Microsoft

  • Click “Continue with Microsoft”

  • You will be redirected to Microsoft

  • Sign in using your Microsoft Entra ID account

  • After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to Graystack:One

Google

  • Click “Continue with Google”

  • You will be redirected to Google

  • Sign in using your Google account

  • After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to Graystack:One

Additional Features

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password:

  • Click the “Forgot password?” link below the sign-in fields

  • You will be redirected to the password reset page

  • Enter your email address

  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password

Back to Home Page

Using the “⇽ back to home page” link in the upper left corner, you can return to the public home page of Graystack:One at any time.

Security Notes

  • Use a strong password with at least 8 characters

  • After your first sign-in, enable two-factor authentication for additional security

  • Use the “Stay signed in” option only on trusted devices

  • Sign out after use, especially on shared devices

Troubleshooting

Unable to sign in

If sign-in fails, check the following:

  • Correct email address? – Watch out for typing errors

  • Correct password? – Passwords are case-sensitive

  • Caps Lock enabled? – Check if the Caps Lock key is active

  • Browser cache – Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Cookies allowed? – Ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser

  • Account locked? – If you still cannot sign in, your account may be locked. In this case, please contact support@graystack.one
